Our apartment community is professionally managed by the Chestnut Knolls, LLC Group who provides outstanding service and easy living. We provide you with an on-site management and maintenance teams who are committed to providing outstanding customer service and 24-hour emergency maintenance. We also accommodate our residents with special services such as monthly home goods gift giveaways, welcome kits, free parking, discounted first month rent specials (restrictions and terms may apply), long and short term leases, refer a friend program, online maintenance requests, and package service. All building entrances are protected by EntraGuard system. Each building offers a spacious laundry room with high-energy efficient machines.

To Apply: Applications are filled out in office. Driver's license and last two pay stubs necessary. Income should be 1/3 verifiable gross income. Any persons over the age of 18 applying for an apartment must fill out an application.
